I’ve changed some class sessions around to be all ages painting sessions. These will be for those who have already completed a project, and still need to paint.

Guest artists from Rsquared Studios will be displaying comic art, and leading an interactive activity for all ages. Also, we’ll be breaking out the ornaments for the pre-holiday season. $5 a piece for a handmade tree decoration.

If you have a Groupon expiring, and cannot get into a class before it expires, you may still use it’s promotional value as long as you complete registration for a class before the expiration date. You MUST respond to the confirmation email with the Groupon voucher number in order to use the promotional value. If you do not provide the voucher number upon registration, you will need to pay the difference of the promtional value and the full price of the class.

If you are needing to get into a class by a specific date, please register for the class if it’s full, and it will put you on the waitlist. This way, I can contact you if there is cancellation that opens up seats for the session.

If you’ve noticed no classes scheduled for next week, it’s because I’m on vacation from both jobs. We’ll have no opening for October’s First Friday, but stay tuned for November. I will be casually answering any phone calls and emails, so please don’t fret if it takes a few days for a response.

I’ll be going on a mini stay-cation with my son, so the gallery and classroom will be closed from October 3rd through October 12th. I will still be answering phone calls and email, so feel free to contact me with any questions.

There will be lots going on in Fountain Square, Saturday September 20th. Masterpiece in a Day, the Art Parade, and the Get Dirty Ceramics Studio will be open from 12:00pm-7:00pm. You’ll be able to throw on the wheel for $5 per pot. Choose from a stock of colors, and I’ll paint for you for pick up later, or register for a class at Get Dirty Ceramics to finish the project yourself. There will be no regular classes scheduled in the studio, and wheel throwing is first come, first serve. Hope to see you there!
